In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3.1 Age Requirement. Accounts created by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with applicable responsible gaming protocols.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wau88 reserves the right to void all Wagers placed from those accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
3.3 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly notify wau88 of any change to your registered details by contacting customer support.
3.4 Identity Verification. wau88 operates under international gaming authority standards and is required to verify Member identities. You agree to provide such identity documents as wau88 may reasonably request. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.
3.5 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction. wau88 does not accept registrations from residents of Prohibited Jurisdictions. wau88 accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a Member's participation in breach of applicable local laws.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.
4.2 You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility.
4.3 You must notify wau88 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. wau88 may suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported security concern.
4.4 wau88 will never contact you by any channel to request your password or OTP codes. Any such communication purporting to be from wau88 should be treated as fraudulent.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wau88 accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, GrabPay, and USDT. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the deposit page.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wau88 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. wau88 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen minutes for standard requests during operational hours; processing times may vary under exceptional circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal to Originating Method. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. wau88 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. wau88 may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with published fee schedules.
6.1 All Bonuses offered by wau88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the respective promotion page. By claiming any Bonus, you agree to the applicable promotion-specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Most Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any funds attributable to the Bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated in the promotion-specific terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. wau88 reserves the right to void Bonuses and confiscate associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has engaged in Bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting promotion terms through irregular betting patterns, multiple account registration, or collusion.
6.4 Expiry. Unclaimed or unused Bonuses may expire as stated in their individual terms. Expired Bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.5 wau88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where a Member has already accepted the Bonus and is actively fulfilling its requirements.
7.1 The rules applicable to each game available on the Platform are set out within the individual game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the game-specific rule prevails in respect of the game in question.
7.2 All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform are provided by studios certified under international gaming authority standards and are independently audited for fairness by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
7.3 Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by physical processes (cards dealt, roulette wheel spun, dice thrown) under monitored conditions. wau88 does not interfere with live game outcomes.
7.4 In the event of a technical failure that disrupts a game in progress, wau88 will apply the following policy: if the outcome of the Wager can be determined from data captured prior to the failure, the Wager will be settled accordingly; if the outcome cannot be determined, the Wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Wallet.
7.5 Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may differ materially from published RTP figures.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of wau88.
10.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wau88 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
10.2 wau88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) service interruptions due to maintenance or technical failure; (b) network or internet connectivity issues outside wau88's control; (c) any loss of winnings attributable to game malfunctions where the Wager has been voided and the stake returned.
10.3 wau88's total liability to any Member in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

The Platform includes tools allowing Members to set deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — all accessible from the Account settings page without requiring contact with customer support.

12.1 wau88 may suspend or close an Account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; dormancy; or at the Member's own request.
12.2 Where an Account is closed by wau88 due to breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (net of any forfeited amounts) will be returned to the Member's withdrawal method of record following investigation.
12.3 Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting wau88 customer support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to wau88's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be submitted to wau88 customer support for resolution. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution procedure.
14.1 wau88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The effective date of any amendment is the date of publication on the Platform.
